Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or related field.
• Proven leadership experience supervising manufacturing or fabrication teams.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes including welding and assembly.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily fabrication operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop fabrication supervisors and teams.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to meet targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams.
