A leading energy manufacturing firm based in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Fabrication Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee fabrication operations for their energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, CNC machining, and welding, with proven leadership skills. Responsibilities include planning production activities, managing a team of supervisors and technicians, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• At least 3 years in a management or supervisory leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily fabrication activities to meet targets.
• Lead a team of production supervisors and technicians.
