Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or associate degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Willingness to learn sheet metal fabrication on the shop floor.
• Proficiency with CAD software for part modeling and drawings.

Aufgaben

• Support NPI to meet customer deadlines with process models and drawings.
• Work on the manufacturing floor to run large assemblies and first parts.
• Specify tooling for forming, punching, and welding processes.
• Design fixtures and program welding robots; lead process improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and scrap.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout production.
