Job summary

MODULE X SOLUTIONS, a Shreveport-based modular manufacturing company, seeks a Fabrication Manager to lead all fabrication operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and oversee structural steel, beam line, welding, and precast activities.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in structural steel fabrication, welding technologies, automated manufacturing systems, and workforce leadership, with a proven track record of optimizing throughput and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years fabrication or manufacturing experience with 5+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication operations and robotic welding required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and OSHA compliance across fabrication operations.
• Direct daily fabrication to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material flow across all fabrication processes.
• Oversee beam line processing: drilling, cutting, handling, and finishing.
• Manage robotic welding systems and drive welding efficiency.
• Coordinate precast concrete production with project timelines.
• Develop training programs for fabrication, welding, robotics, and beamline operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and best practices.
