Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and driven Fabrication Manager with a strong background in metal fabrication and production. This role is responsible for team leadership, identifying areas of opportunity, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to boost overall efficiency and utilization. The position will oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and support capital expense planning for new plant, property, estimation, profit review, and equipment investments. You will work closely with all departments to ensure alignment across projects and operations. A thorough understanding of inventory management, customer service, budget planning, production scheduling, and quality control is essential, along with a solid foundation in lean manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational development and change management, developing effective policies, and executing strategic improvements. Strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization are key. This role also involves training team members on safety, quality standards, and operational best practices to support a high-performing and compliant work environment.
Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually
