What You’ll Get To Do

The Fabrication Maintenance Technician focuses on performing and documenting preventative maintenance and repairs on various aluminum fabrication geared equipment, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and assisting with equipment installation. This role reports to the Department Supervisor. This position is ideal for someone who is safety conscious, detail-oriented, and possesses effective communication skills. As a vital member of the Fabrication Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Performing preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on CNC machines, punch presses, drill presses, etc.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals
• Performing machine alignments, calibrations, and testing after maintenance or repair

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with fabrication equipment
• Experience working with CNC machinery, punch presses, drill presses, and similar equipment
• Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus
