Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in machining, maintenance, or production/manufacturing.
• 2+ years of professional experience managing a team or leading projects.

• Build and lead a group of technicians and specialists for factory equipment.
• Manage tooling/testing equipment required for projects.
• Mentor technicians and assist with design decisions.
