Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions; good math and measurement skills.
• Experience with measuring tools and inspection processes; ability to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment including lathes, mills, saws, and tape cutters.
• Set up workpieces using clamps, wrenches, and fixtures.
• Manufacture parts based on work orders and blueprints; perform assembly tasks with hand tools and drills.
• Complete documentation for each job; inspect parts during production.
• Package finished parts and maintain accurate counts; keep work area organized and safe.
