Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Comfort reading basic drawings/blueprints and using measuring tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, mills, saws and other shop machinery.
• Set up and secure materials prior to production.
• Produce parts per work orders and drawings.
• Use hand tools and drills for assembly and finishing tasks.
• Perform basic measurements and inspect parts during production.
• Record production data and complete required paperwork.
• Package and label finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with cross-training and support coworkers.
