Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing role preferred.
• Education and experience may be combined to meet requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 refrigerant certification.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, assign tasks and provide guidance.
• Motivate and mentor to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to meet production targets.
• Allocate resources to support the production plan.
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance.
• Address production and quality issues as they arise.
• Conduct safety training and audits with improvement recommendations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control.
• Generate reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates to management.
