Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of woodworking, tools, and finishing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret build drawings.
• Understanding of structural integrity, construction methods, and assembly processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fabrication or millwork setting.
• Motivate teams and coordinate with Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Execute and strategize builds of various sizes and scopes.
• Lead fabrication teams to achieve project milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to drive projects from inception to completion.
• Uphold daily schedules and prioritize tasks for timely completion.
• Interpret shop drawings and relay details to staff; provide feedback to drafting.
