Job summary

Belt Power in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Fabrication Lead to guide production, train teammates, and ensure safety and quality across fabrication and installation operations.

You will lead conveyor belt fabrication projects, perform splicing and repairs, troubleshoot issues, and support inventory and workflow efficiency in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, conveyor belting, or a related mechanical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership experience or the ability to guide and train others.
• Ability to read measurements, diagrams, and work instructions accurately.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality work.
