Job summary

Belt Power, LLC is seeking a skilled Fabrication Lead to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will combine hands-on fabrication expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding production activities, training team members, and ensuring quality standards across fabrication and installation operations.

You’ll lead advanced conveyor belt fabrication and assembly projects, troubleshoot technical issues, support inventory and shop organization, and uphold safety and customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or related mechanical field.
• Ability to read measurements and diagrams accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience or ability to train others.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a team environment.
• Experience with conveyor belting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead conveyor belt fabrication and assembly projects.
• Train, mentor, and support fabrication team members.
• Perform splicing, repairs, and custom fabrication on belts.
• Troubleshoot technical and production issues.
• Support inventory management, shop organization, and workflow.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and customer service standards.
• Assist with field installations and customer support as needed.
