Job summary

Starflex Fabrication is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing operations. This hands-on role requires reliability, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, deburring, grinding, sanding, and assisting multiple departments as needed. Training provided; prior fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general sheet metal fabrication and production activities.
• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, work-in-process, and finished parts.
• Deburr, grind, sand, and clean fabricated metal parts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment after training.
• Maintain organized work areas and proper tool storage.
