Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a craftsman.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Good oral communication skills required.
• Must have all required hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of a shift engaged in fabricating structural steel.
• Assist workers in welding and fitting tasks.
• Prepares performance reviews, warning/counseling reports and termination reports.
• Responsible for timely preparation of time sheets and payroll reports.
• Ensures compliance with safety, QA/QC, and OSHA regulations.
• Must be able to work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.
