Qualifications

• Multilingual skills and translation ability are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Teach new hires how to perform tasks and use equipment.
• Stress attendance and safety on the line.
• Manage multiple new hires at a time.
• Familiarize recruits with facility locations (cafeteria, bathrooms, HR, etc).
• Demonstrate proper knife handling and blade maintenance.
• Provide PPE training per area specifications.
• Report progress and rate learners on multiple criteria.
• Stay with new hires until they are fully proficient.
• Assist HR with tours
• Attend weekly meetings with a supervisor for updates
