Job summary

Antunes is seeking a Floor Lead to direct the manufacturing team and uphold quality and production standards. The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication, especially within foodservice manufacturing, and prior supervisory experience to drive results. This on-site position requires Wednesday through Friday evening coverage as part of the shift pattern.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; additional education or certification (Preferred).
• 5-7 years sheet metal fabrication experience, foodservice manufacturing industry (Preferred).
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of fabrication areas including Machine Operation, Welding, Press Brakes, and CNC Machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to manufacturing team on day-to-day operations and maintain quality and production standards.
• Oversee shift schedule and ensure adherence to safety, quality and productivity targets.

This position is scheduled to work Monday - Thursday from 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. ***

As a result of continuous business growth, we are currently seeking a Floor Lead to join our team. The Floor Lead provides direction to manufacturing team members on day-to-day operations and maintains quality and production standards.

Candidate Profile

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Action/ detail oriented, strong leadership, and drive for results
• Knowledge of focused areas within fabrication to include but not limited to: Machine Operation, Welding, Press Brakes, and CNC Machines
• Must be a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment
• Must work well independently and make sound business decisions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MRP Systems, blueprints, bill of materials (BOM’s) and ERP systems.
