Globe Composite Solutions in Stoughton, MA is seeking a versatile shop floor technician to drive lamination, painting and macrosphere processing tasks. You will follow process sheets, inspect parts, prepare materials, operate weighing and bagging equipment, and help maintain a safe, productive manufacturing area.

You will perform lamination, bonding, fiberglassing, painting and macrosphere steps, ensure quality, and support preventive maintenance and inventory processes on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lamination and bonding of parts per process sheets and drawings.
• Inspect parts for dimensional qualities and readiness for each step.
• Prepare materials and schedule daily lamination tasks to meet customer demand.
• Read process sheets, trim and dry-fit blocks, and record lot information.
• Bond blocks or finished parts to drawings or process sheets and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in fiberglassing activities, including glass layout and resin preparation.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the lamination, painting, and macrosphere areas.
