CSG Talent is assisting a client in recruiting a Composite Manufacturing Technician to support the production of advanced composite components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will fabricate, assemble, inspect, and finish parts while maintaining strict quality, safety, and performance standards.

Collaborating closely with Production and Engineering teams, you will interpret engineering drawings, prepare materials, and operate tooling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, composites, or technical environments.
• Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Manufacture and assemble composite components following drawings and specifications.
• Handle materials and operate production tooling and equipment.
• Inspect parts, identify defects, and perform corrective actions.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing processes to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to troubleshoot issues.
