Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation in Houston, TX seeks a Manufacturing Equipment Operator to support 2nd shift production. You will operate forklifts and cranes, prepare sheet metal for welding, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, inspecting parts, and documenting procedures. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently with little supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Forklift and crane experience preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cranes to move materials.
• Prepare sheet metal for welding per specs.
• Meet safety, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance standards.
• Interpret blueprints and part requirements.
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation as needed.
• Read parts list and verify part presence.
• Interpret measurements and verify specifications.
• Cut and shape metals for welders.
• Other duties as assigned.
