Candidates should possess a BS in Engineering, 10+ years in engineering or PM, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; must manage multiple projects and be ready for overtime if needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering department or project management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily work efforts for Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Services and Project Controls.
• Ensures proper flow of information to and from project and that deliverables are completed and turned over to client per schedule.
• Keeps adequate staffing per workload needs.
• Interfaces with upper management on business development and departmental matters.
• Ensures work performance efficiency by providing adequate tools.
• Overtime may be required and punctual attendance is expected.
