Job Summary:The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee the fabrication operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role involves managing a team of plasma table and brake press operators, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.Key Responsibilities:Supervision: Lead and manage a team of plasma table and brake press operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Quality Control: Ensure all processes meet industry standards and specifications.
