Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Project Management, and Leadership to analyze data, develop KPIs, and deliver actionable performance insights for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, manufacturing analytics, or operational reporting.
• Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Experience with large data sets and multiple data sources.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, organize, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting structures for fabrication operations and customer reporting.
• Create recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational performance reports.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Consolidate data from ERP, project management, scheduling, production tracking, and financial systems.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs including revenues, labor productivity, shop utilization, on-time delivery, project profitability, and quality.
• Prepare customer-facing reports communicating project and production performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Analyze fabrication and manufacturing costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, Finance, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
