Job summary

Bobrick is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Trainee (Fabrication) in Jackson, TN. Under close supervision, you will operate deburring machinery and handle materials, following safety protocols and Bobrick standards. You will learn self-balancing flow manufacturing and contribute to quality and productivity improvements.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with overtime as required. High school diploma or GED is required; training toward Grade 5 module is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic math and reading skills.
• Self-balancing flow manufacturing knowledge or experience is an asset.
• Good knowledge of shop and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate deburring machinery and material handling.
• Follow verbal instructions to set up equipment.
• Monitor quality and quantity to meet Bobrick standards.
• Assist with material handling operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
