Job summary

Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc. in Jackson, TN is seeking an assembler to build and pack B-165 and B-166 mirrors. You will follow verbal instructions in English, work in a safety‑driven environment, and operate basic hand tools, pallet jacks and materials as part of a team.

Daily duties include preparing crates, mounting frames, applying glue, placing backers and glass, inserting foam, labeling, and performing a final inspection before loading mirrors onto pallets or into crates for shipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal instructions in English and function in a team environment.
• Responsible for quality checks and reporting defects.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as part of assembly.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Read production guides and follow cell-specific instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a crate for branch orders or pallet for customer orders.
• Prepare a carton for loading, leaving it open for the next mirror.
• Sets frame on assembly station and adds glue in the frame if needed.
• Places a back into the frame and cleans glass before assembly.
• Inserts foam between back and glass and seals components for shipment.
• Conducts a final inspection per instructions and attaches labels.
