Job summary

Bobrick is seeking an entry‑level TP and Cubicle Assistant in Jackson, TN to learn the manufacturing process for toilet partitions and cubicles. You will work with the production team, operating finishing, drilling, laminating equipment and hand tools to build components from wood veneer to final assembly.

This role offers on-site training, safety‑focused work, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; woodworking or related experience a plus.
• Able to read, write and follow English instructions; basic math for measurements.
• Ability to read measurements in inches and millimeters and convert units.
• Team-oriented, with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe workspace.
• Perform quality checks and understand Bobrick’s 4 Grade Quality System.
• Assist fabrication tasks: measuring, drilling, laminating, routing, finishing.
• Read tape measures and verify finished product specs; help manage inventory and tools.
• Handle materials and operate overhead lift; follow production procedures.
• Log production time and differentiate product series in systems.
