Responsibilities

• Safely perform basic fabrication and assembly tasks under supervision, following company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain attention to quality; promptly report defective materials or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Operate basic hand tools and simple machinery to assist with processing and assembling components.
• Follow instructions, drawings, or work guides to complete tasks within required specifications.
• Assist in setup and operation of equipment such as saws, shears, and spot welders under direction.
• Use jigs, fixtures, and clamps to align and secure workpieces with accuracy.
• Handle, move, and lift materials safely, including tubing and components.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; support 6S/lean manufacturing practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
