Dynalectric Arizona seeks an Assembly Technician to perform final assembly of products in a shop setting. You will use CNC equipment and a variety of tools, ensuring quality and proper fit before shipping.

Collaborative teamwork and strict safety adherence are essential as you support fabrication and production control goals. The role offers growth in a multi-discipline electrical construction environment, with standard hours and potential overtime for deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment in the assembly cell.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and use various tools.
• Maintain detailed inventory and flag supply-chain issues.
• Select correct parts and details for assembly.
• Suggest improvements to methods and tooling for assembly.
• Move and handle products using lifting devices and automated equipment.
• Document and track status of work and finished product.
• Inspect finished products for quality and fit, test final assembly.
• Collaborate with fabrication and production control to meet requirements.
• Stay updated on tooling, fixturing, and assembly practices.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment and diagnose issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
