Dynalectric Arizona is seeking an Assembly Technician in Mesa, Arizona to lead the final assembly of products prior to shipping. You will set up and operate CNC and general tooling, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards.

You will collaborate with fabrication and production control, maintain safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions.
• Experience using various assembly tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot assembly equipment.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and use tools.
• Manage inventory and highlight supply chain issues.
• Select correct details for parts being assembled.
• Suggest improved methods and tooling for the process.
• Document status of work and finished products.
• Inspect finished products and test final assembly.
• Collaborate with fabrication and production control.
• Maintain safety and comply with standards.
• Cross-train and participate in training sessions.
