Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking an Assembly Technician in Mesa, AZ to perform final assembly of products, set up and operate equipment, and ensure quality before shipping. You will work with fabrication and production control to meet deadlines and improve processes.

Ability to read and understand assembly instructions.
Ability to use multiple different tools and techniques in the assembly process.

Experience in active fabricating facilities.

Must have valid driver license/insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all equipment in the Assembly cell.
Follow detailed instructions and use various tools for assembly.
Manage detailed inventory and highlight any issues in the supply chain.
Select the correct details for part being assembled.
Search out and suggest better methods and tooling for the assembly process.
Manipulating products using lifting devices and automatic equipment.
Electronically document/track status of work and finished product.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and print specifications.
Test final assembly for proper fit up and functioning.
Work closely with fabrication to improve the quality of parts and ease of assembly.
Work closely with production control to understand production requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies applicable to your equipment and role.
Stay up to date on new tooling, fixturing and assembly practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
Perform regular maintenance on equipment in the cell.
Diagnose and resolve issues with equipment, and coordinate with management as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines of Dynalectric and the equipment fabrication.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform other duties as required.
Cross training in other areas to help support production requirements.
