Best Home Furnishings in Ferdinand, IN is seeking a Fabric Warehouse Associate to support fabric receipt and inventory control at our Ferdinand facility. You will upload rolls, input inventory data, and tag fabrics for accurate allocation to the production line.

Ideal candidates can operate forklifts and handheld scanners, work in a team, and handle overtime as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 120 lbs and frequently 80 lbs.
• Experience operating forklifts and stock pickers.
• Able to work overtime and regular hours.
• Team player with safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Upload fabric rolls from various suppliers.
• Enter fabric into our computerized inventory system.
• Generate and attach bar code tags onto the fabric rolls.
• Place the rolls on the correct storage shelf.
• Identify the correct fabric rolls to be pulled for the day’s production schedule.
• Use a handheld computerized scanning device when pulling the fabric rolls.
