Job summary

Best Home Furnishing in Ferdinand, IN is seeking qualified individuals for an Inspection position at our Ferdinand location. You will work in a high-volume upholstery environment, reporting to the Quality team, and contribute to maintaining product excellence.

Responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality standards, reviewing production tags for fabric and mechanism accuracy, and communicating with the Upholstery Supervisor on defective items.

Qualifications

• Inspect finished product to ensure conformity to quality standards.
• Review production tag for verification of correct fabric, mechanism, etc.
• Communicate with Upholstery Supervisor on flawed product
• Perform testing of the kick out operation, which includes sitting in unit, raising and lowering kick out, then returning to standing position
• Other duties as assigned

• Perform testing of the kick out operation, which includes sitting in unit, raising and lowering kick out, then returning to standing position

• Must be able to move product off conveyor
