Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking a Re-inspector at the Valway Plant to re-grade fabric to specifications and report off-quality characteristics. You will follow safety rules, complete reports for the shift supervisor, and assist with inspection tasks across the line.

The role requires basic reading/writing, math skills, and strong teamwork. Candidates must be able to operate equipment as certified and work across 1st or 3rd shift in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write and perform basic math.
• Able to interpret written and verbal instructions and document results.
• Strong teamwork and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow all department safety rules.
• Check lab for inspection cards for printers blanket inspection and steamer/trimmer.
• Do reports for shift supervisor.
• Do panoptes for Range 6.
• Get supplies for Debatching/Inspection.
• Run any off quality rolls as needed.
• Update off quality in MESr for SIB, airbag and printers blanket.
• Run leader when needed.
• Run tables when needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Production Manager, Senior Production Manager and Shift Supervisors as necessary.
