Job summary

arrivia is seeking an experienced Fabric Data Engineer to own complex data pipeline architectures within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. You will design scalable solutions, set technical standards, and mentor junior engineers.

You will migrate on-prem relational data to a modern cloud platform, retire legacy warehouses, and partner with analysts to deliver reliable dashboards and reports. The role blends AI‑enabled tooling and practical data engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data engineering, ETL/ELT or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL (T-SQL / Spark SQL) and Python with PySpark; Scala a plus.
• Hands-on with Spark, lakehouse architectures, and real‑time data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric.
• Lead lakehouse/warehouse design and governance practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural reviews and standards.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure reliable data platforms.
