Job summary

Arrivia in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Fabric Data Analyst I to design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards connected to the Fabric data platform, using DirectLake and Import modes.

You will translate business questions into clear visualizations, partner with stakeholders, ensure data quality and governance, and grow with Microsoft Fabric and AI tools in a fast-evolving data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years building Power BI reports and dashboards in a professional setting.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric data modeling required.
• AI experience with practical tools and workflows.
• Strong DAX knowledge for measures and time-intelligence.
• Solid data modeling fundamentals (star schema, relationships).
• SQL to validate data behind reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• DP-600 Fabric Analytics Engineer certification preferred and to be completed within 12 months.
• Experience with membership or loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and publish Power BI reports that surface Fabric data.
• Translate business needs into logical data models and clear report layouts.
• Write and optimize DAX measures powering KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Enforce governance, row-level and object-level security in models.
• Validate reports against source data for accuracy.
• Create certified datasets and reusable templates for self-service.
• Participate in peer reviews of reports and model design.
• Present findings across teams and drive data-driven decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.
