Job summary

Arrivia, Inc seeks a Fabric Data Analyst I to design, maintain, and publish Power BI dashboards against Fabric semantic models. You’ll translate business questions into clear visualizations that inform cross‑functional decisions and deliver high‑quality data insights.

You’ll work hands‑on with Fabric data modeling, DAX, and SQL, collaborating with partners while applying governance and enabling self‑service data access. Bachelor's required; DP-600 certification preferred with 12 months to obtain.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years building Power BI reports in a professional setting.
• Hands-on Fabric experience including data modeling.
• AI experience with practical tool usage.
• Proficient in DAX for measures and time-intelligence.
• Strong data modeling fundamentals (star schema, relationships).
• SQL to query relational sources and validate data.
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with loyalty or membership programs is a plus.
• DP-600 Fabric Analytics Engineer certification preferred and required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and publish Power BI reports using Fabric models.
• Translate business needs into logical data models and layouts.
• Write and optimize DAX measures powering KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements.
• Apply row- and object-level security in semantic models.
• Validate reports against source data for accuracy.
• Create certified datasets and reusable templates for self-service.
• Participate in peer reviews of reports and models.
• Present findings and partner across teams to drive decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis and delivery speed.
