Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a production associate to support daily operations in the Fabric Cutting Area. You will prepare, measure, and cut fabric per work orders, operate cutting machines, weigh materials, and help ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing cutting sheets, keeping the area organized, and following all PPE and 5S procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Able to read and interpret work orders.
• Safety and quality conscious with PPE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, measure, and cut fabric according to work orders.
• Operate cutting machines and weigh materials.
• Maintain accurate records and complete cutting sheets.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow 5S standards.
• Identify defects and communicate issues to QC.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and use PPE as required.
• Ensure daily production goals are met.
