Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a production associate to support daily operations in the Fabric Cutting Area. You will prepare, measure, and cut fabric per work orders, operate cutting machines, weigh materials, and help ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing cutting sheets, keeping the area organized, and following all PPE and 5S procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Able to read and interpret work orders.
• Safety and quality conscious with PPE knowledge.

Responsibilities

Shift: 5:30 AM- 2:00 PM M-F plus Overtime

Pay: $23 per hour

Job Description:

Supports daily operations in the Production Cutting Area by performing assigned tasks such as preparing, measuring, and cutting fabric according to work orders. Operates cutting machines, weighs materials, and ensures production goals are met. Monitors quality, identifies defects, and communicates issues as needed. Maintains accurate records, completes cutting sheets, and keeps the work area clean and organized. Follows safety procedures, uses required PPE, and complies with company standards.

• Perform color changes according to work order
• Review the work material to ensure they are correct
• Continually watch for defects and alertthe area Coordinator and QC
• Completethe Cutting sheet with the correct measurements when need to be inspect
• Work safely and wear all PPE
• Comply withour 5Sstandard

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 months previous manufacturing experiencepreferred
