Dometic is seeking an Assembler for our International Parkway facility in Elkhart, IN. The role involves cutting fabric materials and assembling final products with precision and adherence to standards.

Onsite work requires attention to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior manufacturing or assembly experience, and the ability to read work instructions and blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints and diagrams.
• Proficiency in operating cutting machines and other manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks according to procedures and specifications.
• Operate cutting machines to cut fabric materials to required dimensions.
• Inspect materials for quality and consistency and identify defects.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards.
