Job summary

A3 Solutions, Inc. is seeking dedicated manufacturing personnel to perform material cutting, inventory handling, and tooling preparation in a non-climate controlled facility. You will follow written instructions and maintain high accuracy while meeting production timelines.

Responsibilities include batch logging, inventory upkeep, and compliance with Health & Safety policies. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, work weekends or overtime as needed, and read standard and metric tapes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing facility and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to comply with Health & Safety requirements and PPE policies.
• Comfort reading standard & metric tape measures.

• Cut fabrics, core materials, and consumables as directed for the project.
• Record batch numbers of materials on forms.
• Clean inventory room and help organize.
• Clean and prepare tooling as directed.
• Assists ordering clerk with inventory system and ordering.
• Lay-up, fit and install fiber reinforcements and core materials as directed.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to pass standard criminal background check - no convictions for any crime of violence; cannot be on registered offender list.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to understand and comply with company policies and Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to comply with PPE requirements.
• Ability to read, comprehend and perform to Quality System Documentation.
• General math skills.
