Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical training, onboarding, or operational coordination in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing learning management systems or certification tracking software.
• Exceptional ability to track multiple concurrent deadlines and manage rosters for large groups of technical personnel.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both new hires and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding program management: lead onboarding for the department and host trainings after new-employee orientation.
• Certification & compliance tracking: drive progress, manage enrollments/attendance, resolve overdue courses to maintain compliance.
• Strategic training collaboration & analysis: partner with SMEs to design plans aligned with Fab Engineering objectives; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Governance & standardization: implement training best practices and serve as central POC for training inquiries and metrics.
