TSMC Arizona is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production planning and scheduling within a fast-paced fab environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure equipment, robotic workstations and control systems meet performance targets and drive capacity utilization.

Applicants should hold a B.S. in a related field and demonstrate knowledge of optimization algorithms, and be able to lead a team while managing multiple priorities on-site in Phoenix.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of optimization algorithms and related fields.
• Background in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and teach a team.

Aufgaben

• Possessing strong understanding manufacturing science (Theory of constraints, Capacity planning, and flow optimization).
• Ensure factory infrastructure cooperates with production control and execution systems to meet production needs.
• Collect and analyze data from tools and dispatching logic to optimize equipment and process flow.
• Create or maintain a scheduling system to meet fab capacity targets while reducing variability.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
• Establish planning capabilities to maximize fab capabilities to meet customers’ requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure robotic workstations, detection instruments, and informatics tools meet goals; build team spirit.
• Manage and coordinate daily activities of Manufacturing Specialists to meet production goals.
