Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Dispatching Algorithm/Infrastructure Maintainer Developer to design, develop, and optimize complex algorithms that manage manufacturing resources, tasks, and routes across systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong programming and software engineering skills with experience in data pipelines, APIs, automated testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience in computer vision, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, optimization algorithms, or scheduling with ability to guide cross-domain work.

Responsibilities

• Server maintenance and related setting supports, including routine upgrades and troubleshooting with AP teams and virtual machines solutions.
• Coordinate the project for system enhancements and communicate requirements with users.
• Support application migration and participate in technical training from headquarters.
