Job summary

Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Fab Operator in Ellsworth, KS. This role runs fabrication equipment in a fast-paced environment, reading prints and using a tape measure and calipers as needed. You will follow all OSHA safety regulations and wear PPE; overtime Fridays as required.

Fab Operator - 2nd Shift - Ellsworth, KS

Great Plains Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd Shift Fab Operator at our Ellsworth Facility. This position works Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with overtime on Fridays, as required. Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to run equipment throughout the fabrication department
• Ability to use and understand AS400
• Ability to read prints and be able to use tape measure, calipers, etc. as required
• Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE as required
• Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.
