Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Engineering Section Manager, a senior engineering role reporting to the Engineering Branch Manager. You will oversee planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products, while ensuring efficient use of materials and personnel.

Lead engineering managers and develop personnel to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in Product Engineering at the Device/Wafer Level.
  • 1 year of leadership/management experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience with AI systems for data analysis.
  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Lead lower-level engineering managers and supervisors within the section.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in Product Engineering at the Device/Wafer Level.
  • 1 year of leadership/management experience

  • Strong technical background in process/ test and device physics.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with AI systems for data analysis
  • Very strong problem solving skills
