Qualifications

• Three years' supervision experience in a fast-paced unionized environment.
• In-depth knowledge of continuous process manufacturing.
• Experience with equipment overhaul, pneumatics, hydraulics, and piping repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant maintenance personnel and manage all maintenance work.
• Respond to operational maintenance concerns to minimize production interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
