Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Maintenance Fab Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department and coordinate with operations, safety, and quality teams. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize production interruptions.

You will oversee contractors, manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, and drive continuous improvement through methodologies like TPM and 5S.

Qualifications

• Three years supervision experience in a process manufacturing facility.
• Educational background in mechanical or engineering technology; licenses asset.
• Experience with 5S, TPM, and preventative maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel; plan, lead, organize, and assign work.
• Coordinate breakdown, preventive, predictive maintenance and projects.
• Communicate with operations to minimize production interruptions.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Plan expenditures within department budget and maintain safety compliance.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance in maintenance.
