Job summary

Pilgrim is looking for a Maintenance Fab Supervisor in Greeley, Colorado to lead the Maintenance Department and coordinate all maintenance activities. You will supervise maintenance personnel, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and respond to operational issues to minimize production interruptions.

Candidates should have a degree in mechanical or engineering technology and substantial experience in process manufacturing. The role includes a base salary range of $69,135 to $93,332 and participation in the company’s annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervision experience in maintenance or operation in a fast-paced unionized environment.
• In-depth knowledge of a continuous process manufacturing facility.
• Experience driving Preventative Maintenance Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant maintenance personnel and oversee maintenance activities.
• Respond immediately to operational maintenance concerns to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and compliance with standards.
• Plan and control maintenance expenditures according to the department's budget.
