Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent plus 5 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, utilities systems, and production equipment; able to lead teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities, production equipment, and utilities.
• Supervise and develop maintenance teams while enforcing safety standards.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Manage departmental budgets and drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement.
