Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on technician to join the Newbury Park Equipment Engineering Team supporting the Fab and Final Process areas. Shift - NBP A1 (Week 1-SUMT 5:30am-5:35pm); (Week 2-SUMTW 5:30am-5:35pm).

You'll dismantle, repair, and calibrate manufacturing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems. The role requires manual dexterity, ability to lift heavy objects, and willingness to work overnight/compressed shifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and 4+ years in fast-paced production.
• Experience with hand tools and electronic instruments.
• Able to lift heavy objects during removal/installation.
• Pass respiratory protection exam if on ERT/toolset.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overnight and compressed shifts.

Responsabilités

• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment per manuals.
• Performs preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Selects methods and techniques for production equipment per policies.
• Troubleshoots electro-mechanical issues in Fab equipment.
• Set-up, calibration, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Rebuilds and repairs equipment as required.
• Performs modifications as directed by Equipment Engineering.
• Handles complex assignments and advises Engineering team.
• May join Emergency Response Team.
